Q: Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable. A booking is confirmed only once full payment has been received.

Q: Do children require a ticket?
Children under 2 are Free of charge but still require a ticket. All other children require a child's ticket. Family tickets are available.
Q: What time do Gates Open?
Gates open at 9:30am on Saturday & Sunday. All timings are on our What's On page.
Q: What food options are available?
​We’ll have a range of American-style street food vans, sweet stalls, and local traders — from BBQ and burgers to churros and ice cream! We also allow guests to bring there own picnic.
Q: Is there a bar on-site?
Yes, there will be a licensed bar on-site. However, please note that drinking before your driving experience is strictly prohibited and may result in your activity being cancelled without refund.
Q: How do i book an Experience Drive?
You can book in advance online; there will be limited availability for on the day bookings.
Q: Can i bring my dog?
Only assistance dogs are permitted on site.
What food options are available?

Q: What's included in the ticket price?
All evening entertainment is included! Including acts from Country Superstars & Sam Johnston. We will have an Arts & Craft zone and children's entertainment for the little ones. You can also watch our Monster trucks & American Big Rigs around the site as well as many cars and bikes on show.
Q: Where do I Park?
Parking is available on site. Please enter from Comber road.
A Limited amount of accessible Spaces are also available please talk to the Marshalls if this is required.
Q: Is parking Free?
Yes Parking is Free of charge.
Q: Is the site accessible?
Yes! The Majority of the site & Entertainment are is accessible and hard standing. However there are some grassy areas and the Monster trucks will be operating on grass.
We also have a quieter area with seating for those that may need 5 minutes away from the action.
